Swing on a star

Elegant evening wear for eclipse season

The April 8 solar eclipse has everyone looking up at the sky. What mysteries and wonders lie among the stars? What’s on the other side of the moon? We don’t have those answers, but we do have some celestial evening wear to showcase from Panache. And there’s no better place for a cosmic photoshoot than Rochester’s own Strasenburgh Planetarium at the Rochester Museum and Science Center.

Model Zo Ann Soong is stargazing here in this lovely black matte satin swing dress by Alice and Olivia. Adorned with pearls and rhinestones, this dress is like wearing the night sky itself. This statement dress with a square neckline and a babydoll silhouette is accessorized with a rhinestone choker and long black gloves to elevate the look. Pairing this dress with black platform heels adds a modern flair to this glamorous ’fit. This is the perfect outfit for whatever party you need to be the star of!

On this page, Soong is elegantly contemplating a beautiful night under the stars in this ivory gown by Scala. The style is all about classic, soft romance and glamour. Handstitched beading and a soft drape across the back make this dress a true stunner. Finishing the look are long ivory gloves also embellished with applique and beads.
