Good news! Health & wellness edition

Dear friends—

We at (585) hope you’re staying healthy and positive, and that you’re making the most of your time at home.

While we understand the allure of the couch and the opportunity to binge all your favorite shows in one sitting, we also hope you’re making a conscious effort to move and stay active.

We’ve compiled a list below of just a few local businesses that still offering fitness instruction, albeit virtually.

In a time when local businesses are facing challenges they never could’ve imagined, supporting them with a virtual fitness sesh is absolutely a win-win.
