Our history of in-home service
In 1973, our founders Carl and Connie Chiacchierini developed an in-home service idea that would later define the future of Window Flair Inc. The original entity was called Ca.R.R. Decorations later to be changed to our current name Window Flair Inc.
Their philosophy was simple- bring the “store” to the consumer. This meant consumers could have professional assistance in choosing products, seeing color swatches, measuring and installation without leaving their home. The Rochester area embraced this idea and thanks to our loyal customers, Window Flair has become a household name. For over 40 years, Window Flair has been a trusted name for families to pass down from generation to generation. We offer quality products, excellent service and the lowest prices!

Woman owned, locally focused
We are a woman owned company and have special pricing programs for commercial and builder accounts. Our business office is located at 29 Pointe Vintage Drive. Hours of operation are Monday-Friday 9am -5pm. Office is open by appointment only. We have a flexible in-home consultation schedule to accommodate your busy lifestyle. Appointments are available Monday-Thursday and Saturdays.
