Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Perinatal Mental Health Certification

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, with a Certification in Perinatal Mental Health.  I  have been practicing  therapy for 11 years.  I absolutely love what I do.  My passion for this niche of counseling was strongly fueled by my own struggle with Post Partum Depression.  I learned from talking to others, my own research, and professional trainings that what I was experiencing happens- and it happens A LOT, to a lot of people.  I learned I was not alone, and my goal is to provide you with that same comfort.

I have two children, ages 3 and 5. I love gardening, watching HGTV, and some reality shows that I am too embarrassed to name.

My favorite counseling motto is, “no one comes here for a good time.” If you are scared or worried to start counseling, that is normal and it is okay.

Counseling is hard.  It can be provoking and emotional.  I will be with you every step of the way. You are not alone.

Please do not be frightened to reach out for help.
