The Rochester area offers so much water fun! When your kids start begging…let’s get wet this summer, don’t fret! Grab the beach towels, sun screen, flip flops and head out to these fun water parks and spray parks while the sun is shining.
The summer season is the perfect time to explore our regions many opportunities to get wet. Spending some time at a water park or enjoying a spray park, water makes the hot days of summer refreshing.
Don’t forget the sun screen and check the websites for current information. Many parks allow picnic lunches so why not make a day of it?

Across the City you can find water spray parks to help you keep cool during the hottest days of Rochester’s summers! The spray parks also serve as a gathering spot for neighbors, and a place to meet new neighbors and make new friends.
The City’s water spray parks can be found at the following locations. These spray parks are open from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. seven days a week beginning the Friday before Memorial Day and ending on Labor Day.

Seneca Lake State Park
Seneca Lake State Park overlooks blue water, creating a relaxing experience for swimmers and picnickers. Children will be especially delighted with the Sprayground and Playground facilities.

Roseland Waterpark
Check out Roselands wave pool, their most popular attraction, and great for everyone in the family! With its beach like entrance and deepest end being 6 feet, there is a spot for everyone in this “ocean simulator!”

Edgerton Recreation Center
Across the City you can find water spray parks to help you keep cool during the hottest days of Rochester’s summers! The Edgerton Spray Park offers fun for the kids, a gathering spot for neighbors, and a place to meet new neighbors and make new friends.

Pineway Ponds Park
The park features four enclosed lodges, 7 athletic fields, 2 Splash Pads (seasonal), a large playground, climbing wall, a pond, and rest rooms. There is plenty of open space for sports, walking, hiking, playing, and fishing.

Seabreeze Amusement Park
Take a ride on the Jack Rabbit, or if your feeling a little more adventurous try the Whirlwind! Flip forwards, backwards, sideways and down. Experience all the non-stop thrills Seabreeze has to offer!

Ridgecrest Spray Park
The park consists of several animals that allow children to sit on and near to get splashed as well as a splash pad with features such as a palm tree, fountains, bucket dump, and more.Water shoes are recommended.
