A top-shelf steakhouse in the glitzy downtown Inn on Broadway. Start with the Italian-inspired appetizers, then move on to the main show. The beef is dry aged, which tenderizes the cut and concentrates flavor. While you’re probably here for the beef, you’ll also be tempted by the Wild Tasmanian salmon or the Hawaiian Big Eye ahi tuna.
