Ingredients:
- 2½ cup Chobani Low-Fat Plain Greek Yogurt
- 1 yellow onion, finely chopped
- ½ celery stalk, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- ½ cup low-sodium chicken broth
- 14 oz bag unseasoned cubed bread stuffing
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh oregano
- 1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh thyme
- Kosher salt
- Ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Sauté onions, celery and garlic in oil over medium heat until tender, about 6 minutes.
- Add stock and simmer until reduced by one quarter, about 2 minutes.
- Empty stuffing mix into large bowl. Add onion-celery mixture, oregano, thyme, salt, and black pepper. Mix thoroughly. Let mixture cool slightly, then stir in Chobani.
- Spread mixture into a 9×13-in pan. Brush melted butter over top and bake until browned, 20 to 25 minutes.
