Being grateful or thankful for something each day can change you. Here’s a challenge for you. Each day for the next thirty days, focus on one thing that you are grateful for!

You may even try to whisper or YELL a THANK YOU each day as a reminder to look for what makes you happy. Go ahead and get started. There’s no time like the present!

Take a look back after your thirty days. Are you noticing the good around you? Do you see little things that make you smile?
