Salt Dough Recipe:
1 cup salt
2 cups flour
1 cup water

Make the dough recipe. You can use a small heart cookie cutter or a butter knife to create the heart shape. Don’t forget to make a hole in the heart with a pencil for threading the ribbon before you bake. Once baked, they are ready to paint.Bake for 1-2 hours at 200 degrees until dried out.

Paint the hearts using acrylic paint and don’t forget to add creative embellishments!

When the paint is dried, spray them with a glossy acrylic sealer – several coats make them shine.

Finally, add 25″ long skinny ribbon and make lots of bright pretty necklaces.
