African Violet and Gesneriad Society of Syracuse. Baldwinsville Women’s Garden Club meets the first Thursday of each month except January at St Marks’ Lutheran Church in Baldwinsville at 7 p.m. The club plants the village flower barrels, raises money for the village flower hanging baskets, maintains the Pointe Garden, donates Arbor Day trees to schools, and gets involved in village improvement projects. Southern Hills Garden Club meets once a month on the third Tuesday of every month, unless otherwise stated. The club typically meets at 7 p.m. at the Lafayette fire house. Dues are nominal. Anyone with an interest in gardening is welcome to join. We usually have a guest speaker at our regular meetings. Participants are asked to take turns hosting the food for each event. Some events include tours of different gardens, some are crafting or potting events.
