Sam Grisman Project and Geneseo Jam Kitchen present “The SGP New Year’s Jamboree” . Three nights of music, fun and friends to ring in 2024 ft. Sam Grisman, Ric Robertson, Aaron Lipp, Chris “Hollywood” English with special guest Richie Stearns and more to be announced! December 29 and 30 will take place at the beautifully restored Geneseo Riviera (doors at 6:00, music at 7:00). December 31 moves the celebration to the newly opening the Drum Roll just around the corner (Doors at 6:00, music featuring SGP and special guests start at 7:00). Please note that Dec 29 & 30 at the Riviera are all ages (under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian). Dec 31 at the Drum Roll is 21+ only. English. SGP is organized by Sam — son of mandolinist David “Dawg” Grisman. Their mission is to spread joy through music, while showcasing their deep passion and appreciation for the repertoire of Sam’s father and his good friend Jerry Garcia. Catch them touring heavily across the US in 2023, playing two jam packed sets a night, with both acoustic and electric treatments of your favorite Dawg music classics, Jerry Larrys, Ric Robertson originals, and a whole lot more.
