Nate Michaels has always been a person that channels his creativity into all his endeavors. Mixing his original music with the hard-hitting classics of rock & roll, and country, Nate Michaels performs guitar-driven anthems, breakup ballads, and captivating storytelling hits. Growing up surrounded by the rolling hills of the finger lakes region of Upstate NY, Nate’s songs are rooted in the influences of 90’s alternative rock such as the Gin Blossoms, Green Day, and Foo Fighters and Country music artists such as Kenny Chesney and Brad Paisley have also impacted the style, and content of his writing. “I just want to write meaningful music that really catches the ears and hearts of whomever is listening” – Nate Michaels A full time musician since 2016, he plays all over the nation, including New York, Florida and Missouri, and has opened for national acts including country hit-making power-duo Maddie & Tae. While Classic Rock and Alternative are his main focus, Nate has many different genres of music in his repertoire ranging from Country and folk to Oldies He also has a unique way of getting a “full band” sound using live looping, despite being a solo act.
