inkAID Image Transfer Workshop with Patti Russotti

Join artist Patti Russotti—one of 4 artists in our From Earth exhibition—for this one day image transfer workshop. In this workshop, you will learn a process using InkAID Transfer Film and pigment based inkjet printer to transfer your photographic images onto fabric, specialty papers, or just about any other substrate you use in your artwork. Patti will show examples of her work which use this same process along with examples of where you can take your work after the workshop by adding other media. The workshop will include: Examples and a demo of the process, overview of all the details, transferring your images to provided paper and fabric (or whatever else you bring to the class), a demonstration of working back into the transferred image, and finishing pieces by using a variety of archival sprays.
