Geneva Half Marathon & Relay

The Geneva Half Marathon (http://www.genevahalfmarathon.com) is an annual 13.1 mile road running race that starts and finishes on the sparkling shores of Seneca Lake (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Seneca_Lake_%28New_York%29) , located in the City of Geneva (http://cityofgenevany.com/) , New York. The race takes you by the new Geneva I Love NY Finger Lakes Welcome Center (https://taste.ny.gov/store/finger-lakes-welcome-center) , past premier restaurants and shopping in Downtown Geneva (http://www.downtowngeneva.org/) . As you approach mile 1 you will start a gentle run climb as you pass South Main (http://www.southmainst.com/) historic row houses and the grounds of Hobart & William Colleges (http://www.hws.edu/about/) . Seneca Lake will always be near as you proceed on to the grounds of Hobart & William Smiths Davis Gallery Houghton House. (http://www.hws.edu/academics/davisgallery/) As you exit Houghton House you be delivered to a residential area that brings you through the City of Geneva and into the Town of Geneva (http://www.townofgeneva.com/) . As your run continues you will pass by farms, Slate Rock and return into the area of White Springs (https://link.springer.com/article/10.1007/BF03379199) . Your adventure will continue as you proceed into a taste of wine country (https://senecalakewine.com/wine-trail-maps/) . After a challenging climb and amazing view you will begin your decent back into the City of Geneva, the benches on South Main and success at finish line on Seneca Lake.
