To follow, a 3 course pairing dinner featuring the talented and popular Living Roots Winery and our Chef de Cuisine Ashley Perez.
The wines will be brought to life by a tableside sommelier and paired with Squid Ink Rice Cake with Grilled Octopus & Prawns and a Saffron Aioli followed by Char Siu Duck with Bok Choy and Rice Noodles.
To conclude, Truffle Beignets with White Peach, parting favor and gorgeous sunset.
