The Annual Canandaigua Art & Music Festival will take place on Friday, July 18, from 12:00p.m.- 7:00 pm, and Saturday, July 19 – Sunday, July 20 from 10:00 a.m. -5:00 p.m. The festival, now in its 37th year in Historic Downtown Canandaigua, will include juried artists from around the country in over 12 mediums. Don’t miss the demonstrations from glass flaming, candle making, woodworking to painting, street food vendors, and an incredible lineup of live music daily.
The Golden Palette Art Trail will take place during the Arts & Music Festival in Historic Downtown Canandaigua. Pick up your free passport and map at the festival information table at 115 South Main Street or any shop with a golden palette displayed by their entryway. Follow the trail to the Golden Palette stops where you’ll discover a wide variety of special events, plus original art, fine craft, classes, services, and unique gift items. Visit all the stops and enter to win over $1,000 worth of gift certificates, original art, art supplies, wine, musical instruments, jewelry, flamed glass pieces, candles, and more!
Between Unique Shops lining the streets to Juried Artists, Crafters & Food Vendors there will be well over 150 places to stop and enjoy!
This year’s juried event introduces a record number of new artists to the festival and welcomes back select artists from the past. Vendors will display their wares along Main Street for festival guests to browse and shop as they please. Artwork falls into various categories, including all-natural products, drawing, fiber, glass, gourmet foods, jewelry, mixed media, photography, sculpture, and woodworking. Downtown Canandaigua is also blessed with a huge variety of unique gift shops and restaurants.

Musical acts will play all three days of the festival on the stage located at the corner of Coach and Main. Performances range from Motown and Rock to Funk and Country, which feature incredible talent from upstate New York. This year’s festival has added performances due to popular demand.
