To add an article click "Add New" at the top left. On the right side of the page, make sure to check the boxes for the "Publications" you want it to appear in, as well as the "Issues" year/month. You can also add any tags you'd like. Click "Publish" when you're ready.
Import a CSV file of multiple articles at once. When given the option to "Import each record as", select "Magazine" from the dropdown. Be sure to include the "Publication", the "Issue", and any tags you'd like.

Hover over the publication newsletter you're interested in, and click "Entries" to view all signups.
Here you are able to upload an ad to display on the article pages. There is an ad upload option for each publication, so you can determine which ad displays on which publication's article page. You can also set links for the ads here. Note: to change the ads that are displaying on the home pages, you just log into the home page editor and adjust them there.

Add your own events by clicking "Add New" in the upper left corner, or approve a pending event that a user uploaded by hovering over it, click "Edit", and then "Publish" in the upper right corner.
Restaurants are added just like articles are. To make it appear in the restaurant page, make sure to tag it "restaurants" and then whatever restaurant category you want it to display, for example: "Indian/Pakistani".
Hover over the publication directory you're interested in, and click "Entries" to view all requests.
Click "Add New" at the top left corner to add your own directory, or hover over a directory that a user submitted and click "Publish" to approve it.
When adding a new Directory, be sure to checkmark the appropriate "Business Categories" on the right side of the screen to make the directory display where you want it (the Kids categories are toward the top, and the UGJ categories are toward the bottom).

Then on the front end of the website, go to the “Current Issue” page of the issue you’re updating. Enter the editing mode, and change the query to the most recent issue’s month/year. In this example, I made the query be for the 585 magazine, and I set the issue to “2024, January/February” since it is the current issue.
Remember to click “Update” at the bottom left of the screen to save your changes.
On the backend of the website, go to the page where all issues are organized by year and month HERE.
Let’s say you wanted to add the issue cover for the January/February 2020 issue for 585 Pets. Hover over the category “January/February” that’s under the parent category “2020”. Click “Edit”.
Scroll to the bottom of the page to the section called “Featured Image” and upload the magazine cover to the appropriate publication.
On the backend of the website, go to the page where you can add/edit articles HERE.
Hover over the article you’re interested in, and click “Edit”. On the right-hand side bar, scroll down until you reach the section titled “Require Membership”. Checkmark the publication(s) this article is allowed to appear on for subscribed users. Scroll to the top and click “Update”.

A popup will appear encouraging you to select which publication you want to display. In this case we want to display 585 Pets, so select that one and click “Copy”. Your clipboard now contains the code to display the content for 585 Pet’s July/August 2021 issue.
On the front end of the site, go to the page you want to display this current issue on (in this case, 585 Pet’s “Current Issue” page). Click “Edit with Elementor” at the top, click the purple pencil edit icon, and paste the code you received in the above steps into the box on the left. Click “Update”.
On the backend of the site, go to the page where you can view all your publications (HERE). Hover over the publication you want the archive for, and click “Copy Archive Shortcode”.
A popup will appear encouraging you to select which issue should be excluded from the archive (this would be your current issue). Once you have selected the issue to exclude, click “Copy”.
On the front end of the site, go to the page you want to display this archive on (in this case, 585 Pet’s “Archive” page). Click “Edit with Elementor” at the top, click the purple pencil edit icon, and paste the code you received in the above steps into the box on the left. Click “Update”.
